We added a Payment Summary option. You can now print a list of payments that is easier to read, as it will only show the payments & dates, and not break them up into all the accounts they were applied to like it does in the detailed option.
Again S for Summary is easier to read, will show just the payments and the dates paid, with a little blurb at the end showing all the accounts applied to without the details.
D for Detailed report will print the old way, showing how much applied to each account and date and looks considerably more complicated.
YOU CAN EASILY EMAIL THIS TO THE
CONSUMER. JUST MAKE SURE YOU HAVE GOTTEN & ENTERED THEIR EMAIL FIRST.
Below are examples. In this example I pretended they wants all payments for the 2nd half of 2021 and thus put Beginning & ending dates as 070121 (7/1/21) to 123121 (12/31/21), when selecting accounts I was sure to change from view active to view all see payment to paid in full accounts would be included.
