Contacting Old and New Clients about using our services
One of the most exciting opportunities we have
is to help businesses understand how we can help their business!
- Many businesses have account receivables
left uncollected, we can help them turn unpaid accounts into another revenue
stream for their company.
- We want business owners to know they deserve
to get paid for their goods and services and we are experts in this field. We
treat people with respect, but make sure our clients are not forgotten, our
goal is see our clients get paid.
- Our services our affordable and cost nothing
unless we are successful.
To start, click Sales (right below Payments in QCS)

First thing you need to do is pick out clients to call. (At
1st we will be calling clients that already have contracts with us, but have
not listed new accounts recently, after we get through these we will start
calling other businesses in our area)
- Check the Unassigned box to show all clients not assigned to anyone yet.

- Select 10 clients by checking the box in the
"Sel" (Select) column. Then click "Assign Selected" bottom-left.
(Do not assign more then 10 clients in a day, do not assign more clients until
you have worked the ones you have, you can assign yourself up to 10 clients
each day)

Working your list of clients or potential clients
- Before you start, you will see the clients that are assigned to you, if
our records show the last list date, that will show in that column.

- Double-click on the 1st client to open
it.
- Make sure "Use Home Phone Server" box is
checked.
- Click "Call" to the right of the phone
number.
- Ask if the person listed as the Contact
still works there, if so speak with them. If not ask for the owner or the
person who handles billing.
- Tell them why you are calling. Encourage
them to list unpaid accounts with us. (Talking Points at bottom of page!)
- Update contact name (if changed).
- ADD NOTE: Be sure to include
any info that would be helpful in the future! But keep short as possible!

Markup the client. Select the
Next Action Date, this is the next date you will see this
account in your sales queue (unless you click the Include Future box).
The Status can be changed. Following are the
Status options and how we imagine them being used. We can change/add/delete as
necessary.
- NEW - Default status of newly
assigned clients as you get started.
- ACT - Actively worked. Change to this
while you are still working the client.
- CAN - Out of business or definitely
don't want to use us.
- CUR - Ones who are currently listing
so of course don't need to be worked.
- HLD - Could be used if wants us to
wait and call back in a month or 2, or could just leave as ACT and markup as
requested.
- MGR - If you need Mark to get
involved or speak to the client. (Let Mark know if you have an account changed
to the MGR status).

TALKING POINTS:
Possible things you could say on a call with a potential client.
YOU: Hello ___, this is ___ from the Credit Bureau
Centre here in Monroe (You are a local business person, not some far away
telemarketer! Sound like it!)
We have done collections for you in the past and I see you have not listed
any any account with us in awhile. (or since month/year if last list date
shown.)
What are you currently doing with your unpaid accounts?
THEM:
We are just collecting on them ourselves.
YOU: A professional debt collection agency can help
recover a lot of income that otherwise would not be recovered.

We help remind people that the debt is owed!

People know that a collection agency can report a debt to a credit reporting
agency if it is not paid, many people will pay their debt just to avoid credit
reporting once they know it has gone to a collection agency.

Our service costs you nothing unless we collect the money that is owed you!
THEM:
YES - We would like to list more accounts.
YOU: Do you need a LISTING SHEET?
- YES: You can go
to our website QFGI.COM, click on
LISTING SHEET and either download a fillable PDF LISTING SHEET that you can
email or mail to us. There is also a web-form where you can list right from
our website.
- Other Options:
Mark can email, you can print to office printer for Penny to mail. If
they prefer another method such as SFTP, Brian can set that up for them.
