QCS Campaign can be used to group certain accounts together based on a set of criteria.
Click [ Campaign ] (on the bottom, to the right of Start Dialer), then select the campaign you want and click OK
The following campaigns will be helpful.
Potential Legal-Not Clinic or Catalog - Accounts that might be worth considering for a suit.
Check "Include Future" box in QCS to see all accounts that match your campaign results. (Otherwise accounts marked-up to a future date will not show!)
