Transferring
You can see what comes up when you are on a call below, you would click on the 3 dots to bring up the transfer menu.

Contacts
Go to "Teammates", click and highlight the star to the right of the name of all current employees. You can now just use the FAVORITES showing everyone here.
Chatting or Calling coworkers
Just hover curser over name in FAVORITES and the box on the left will pop-up. Click the Phone icon on the left to call or the talk bubble on the right to chat (arrow is pointing to chat).
Group Chat
Click on Rooms to the left under Team collaboration to select the correct room for your message.
